Basketball Recap: Vian Takes a Loss

Vian lost against Keys back in January and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Vian Wolverines were beaten by the Keys Cougars 82-43. The Wolverines just can't catch a break and have now endured five defeats in a row.

Vian's loss dropped their record down to 8-14. As for Keys, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-9.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Vian will square off against Central at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Central will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Vian surely won't give up without a fight. As for Keys, they will take on Quinton at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. One thing working in Keys' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last three contests.
