Volleyball Recap: Hendrickson Comes Up Short

Hendrickson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Pieper Warriors. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Hawks of the 2-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in August of 2024.

Hendrickson may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 11 points in every single set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-11.

Hendrickson's loss dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Pieper, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season.

Hendrickson will be taking part in a tournament against Warren at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Pieper, they will play host again on Thursday to welcome La Vernia, where the match is scheduled at 3:00 p.m.
