The Lugoff-Elgin Demons will look to defend their home field on Thursday against the Dutch Fork Silver Foxes at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Lugoff-Elgin is looking to give their home crowd another W after opening their season at home on Tuesday. They walked away with a 7-3 win over Chapin.

The team relied heavily on Jameson Keeter, who went 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. Izzy Brown was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 3-for-3.

Meanwhile, Dutch Fork had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They came out on top against Mid-Carolina by a score of 13-9 on Tuesday.
