Volleyball Recap: Saginaw Comes Up Short

Saginaw was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat dating back to last season. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the Poteet Pirates.

Saginaw's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Poteet, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Saginaw will face off against Bridgeport at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Poteet, they will square off against Caddo Mills at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
