Football Recap: North Farmington Takes a Loss + How To Watch

The North Farmington Raiders were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 31-27 to the Walled Lake Western Warriors. While losing is never fun, the Raiders can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan football rankings (they are ranked 161st, while the Warriors are ranked 33rd).

North Farmington's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Walled Lake Western, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, North Farmington will head out on the road to square off against Farmington at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The contest will give the Raiders their first taste of in-conference action this season. As for Walled Lake Western, they will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on Mott at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
