Basketball Recap: Waconia Wildcats vs. Cretin-Derham Hall Raiders
On Saturday, the Waconia Wildcats had to suffer through a 93-51 loss at the hands of the Cretin-Derham Hall Raiders. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 160th, while the Raiders are ranked third).
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Cretin-Derham Hall to victory, but perhaps none more so than Joe Mitchell, who went 6 of 10 en route to 15 points along with seven assists and seven steals.
