Basketball Recap: Keene Takes a Loss

Keene and Dover squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Keene had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Dover Green Wave by a score of 49-46. The defeat continues a trend for the Blackbirds in their matchups with the Green Wave: they've now lost nine in a row.

Keene now has a losing record of 9-10. As for Dover, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season.

Keene will square off against Londonderry at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Londonderry will roll in looking for their 17th straight win, something Keene surely won't give up without a fight. As for Dover, they will head out to face off against Pinkerton at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
