Hardin-Jefferson has gone a perfect 3-0 against Tarkington recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. Hardin-Jefferson will head out on the road to square off against Tarkington at 6:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses for Hardin-Jefferson and seven for Tarkington.

Hardin-Jefferson's last matchup with Shepherd could've gone either way, but unfortunately the same can't be said for the pair's contest on Saturday. Hardin-Jefferson came up short against Shepherd, falling 16-1.

Meanwhile, Tarkington started off well but failed to capitalize on an early lead against Livingston. They lost 11-1 to the Lions on Saturday.

Tarkington saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sheridan House, who went 1-for-2 with one double and one RBI.

Tarkington's defeat dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Hardin-Jefferson, their loss dropped their record down to 7-16.

Hardin-Jefferson came out on top in a nail-biter against Tarkington in their previous meeting on March 7th, sneaking past 6-5. The rematch might be a little tougher for Hardin-Jefferson since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
