Shannon's game on Saturday was all tied up 27-27 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell 65-52 to the Tupelo Golden Wave. The Red Raiders' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Shannon's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Tupelo, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.
