Football Recap: Cuyama Valley Takes a Loss

Cuyama Valley lost against Alpaugh back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Bears fell 12-8 to the Buffalos.

The critical scores for Alpaugh came from Joshua Banuelos and Uriel Perez.

Cuyama Valley now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Alpaugh, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cuyama Valley will challenge Laguna Blanca at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Alpaugh, they will look to defend their home field on Friday against San Luis Obispo Classical Academy at 6:00 p.m.
