Soccer Game Preview: Long Beach Poly vs. Los Alamitos

The Long Beach Poly Jackrabbits are taking a road trip to face off against the Los Alamitos Griffins at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

On Monday, Long Beach Poly came up short against Paramount and fell 3-1. The loss was the Jackrabbits' first of the season.

Meanwhile, Los Alamitos was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to Palos Verdes. The contest was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but the Griffins couldn't quite close it out.

Los Alamitos' loss dropped their record down to 0-3-2. As for Long Beach Poly, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 1-1-1.
