Volleyball Recap: Russell County Starts Season with Loss on the Road + How To Watch

Russell County had to start their season on the road on Monday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They came up short against the Eufaula Tigers, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for the Warriors in their meetings with the Tigers: they've now lost six in a row.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-9, 25-21.

Eufaula has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Russell County will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Beulah at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Eufaula, they are packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will take on Lee-Scott Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
