Softball Preview: Tehachapi Warriors vs. West Vikings
Tehachapi has gone a perfect 10-0 against West recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Warriors will welcome the Vikings at 4:00 p.m. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Tehachapi has four straight victories, West has six straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
On Thursday, Tehachapi made easy work of North and carried off a 13-3 win.

Cadence McIrvin made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out seven batters over five innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off four hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts in seven consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, four runs, and three RBI. That's the most hits she has posted since back in March.
