Basketball Recap: Mcadams Beats Velma Jackson for Their Third Straight Victory

McAdams waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They managed a 40-34 win over the Velma Jackson Falcons. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 66-63 on January 7th.

McAdams has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-10 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.7 points per game. As for Velma Jackson, with the defeat, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 11-10.
