Cuero is a perfect 4-0 against John F. Kennedy since March of 2023 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Cuero Gobblers will be playing at home against the John F. Kennedy Rockets at 7:00 p.m. Cuero will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.
Cuero is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They never let San Antonio Memorial get on the board and left with a 21-0 victory on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Gobblers, who have now won six games by nine runs or more so far this season.

Natalie Taylor made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. The dominant performance gave her a new career-low in hits. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with two triples, three runs, and two RBI. In other batting news, Julianna Cox and Audrey Kremling did most of the damage at the plate: Cox went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, six RBI, and two runs, while Kremling went a perfect 3-for-3 with two triples, three RBI, and two runs. That's the most runs Kremling has posted since back in February. Another player making a difference was Kendal Broll, who scored three runs and stole Two bases. while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.
Cuero was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .682. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .304 or higher in six consecutive matchups.
Meanwhile, John F. Kennedy hadn't done well against Gonzales recently (they were 0-4 in their previous four matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. John F. Kennedy skirted past Gonzales 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Rockets.
Cuero's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-4-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.7 runs on average over those games. As for John F. Kennedy, their victory bumped their record up to 4-5.
Cuero took their win against John F. Kennedy in their previous meeting back in April of 2024 by a conclusive 19-0. Will Cuero repeat their success, or does John F. Kennedy have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
