Soccer Game Preview: Dinwiddie vs. Colonial Heights

The Dinwiddie Generals will face off against the Colonial Heights Colonials at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Dinwiddie is headed into Tuesday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their third straight game on Monday. They lost 5-2 to Mecklenburg County.

Meanwhile, Thursday just wasn't the day for Colonial Heights' offense. They came up short against Prince George on Thursday, falling 6-0. Colonial Heights haven't had much luck with Prince George recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Colonial Heights' loss dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Dinwiddie, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Dinwiddie might still be hurting after the 4-0 defeat they got from Colonial Heights in their previous matchup back in May of 2024. Can the Generals avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
