Softball Recap: Pequea Valley Comes Up Short

After flying high against Lancaster Mennonite on Monday, Pequea Valley came back down to earth. The Braves came up short against the Biglerville Canners on Wednesday, falling 15-1.

Pequea Valley's loss dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Biglerville, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 14-4.

Pequea Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Biglerville, they will face off against Susquehannock at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Canners' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Warriors have averaged an impressive 6.9 runs per game this season.
