Softball Recap: Iola Comes Up Short

Iola blew Osawatomie out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Tuesday Osawatomie got their revenge. The Mustangs fell just short of the Trojans by a score of 5-3. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Iola now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Osawatomie, the victory snapped their losing streak at six games and leaves them with a 3-6 record.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Iola beat the Trojans by a score of 15-3 later that day.
