Recap: Robinson Knights vs. Sumner Stingrays
Even though the Sumner Stingrays scored an imposing 69 points on Tuesday, the Robinson Knights still came out on top. Robinson pulled ahead with a 70-69 photo finish over Sumner. The win was nothing new for Robinson as they're now sitting on three straight.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Robinson to victory, but perhaps none more so than LaJesse Harrold, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 13 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Harrold has scored all season. Dylan Russell was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with seven assists.
Robinson has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season. As for Sumner, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 12-5.
Robinson will take on Steinbrenner at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Steinbrenner is hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses. As for Sumner, they will head out on the road to challenge Brandon at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Brandon comes in still looking for their first win of the season.
