Volleyball Recap: Meadowbrook Monarchs vs. Petersburg Crimson Wave
Meadowbrook's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Petersburg Crimson Wave. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 back in September.
Meadowbrook walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-15, 25-18.
William 'Tre' Phillips III paced Meadowbrook's offense, picking up 15 kills. Phillips III got some help from Jeferson Soriano and his three assists. Seneca Tillies controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.
