Soccer Game Preview: Seneca Valley vs. North Allegheny

The Seneca Valley Raiders will venture away from home to challenge the North Allegheny Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

On Thursday, Seneca Valley earned a 3-1 victory over Pine-Richland. The win continues a trend for Seneca Valley in their matchups with Pine-Richland: they've now won six in a row.

Meanwhile, North Allegheny kept a clean sheet against Butler on Thursday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Golden Tornado 1-0. That's two games straight that North Allegheny have won by just one goal.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Francis Randiga, who's now up to six this season.

Seneca Valley's win bumped their record up to 11-2. As for North Allegheny, their victory bumped their record up to 9-3-2.

Seneca Valley beat North Allegheny 3-1 in their previous meeting back in September. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Raiders since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
