Football Game Recap: Reagan vs. Doral Academy

Doral Academy won the last time they met up with Reagan, and they shouldn't regret having come to the reunion, either. Doral Academy were the clear victor by a 51-21 margin over Reagan. Followers of Doral Academy probably expected little less of the team in a season in which they have collected four blowout victories.

Doral Academy's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 24 points in the first half. Reagan put up 14, so the score was 24-14 at the half. The Doral Academy defense stood its ground in the third quarter, giving up 0 and all but finishing the contest. The matchup pushed Reagan down to 1-4 and pulled Doral Academy up to the reverse at 4-1.

Next week Doral Academy take on Mater Academy Charter at 7:00 PM. Keep an eye on the score for this one: both teams put up some lofty point totals in their previous games, so things might heat up even more when they meet up. As for Reagan, they will face off against Westland Hialeah.
