West Bridgewater was handed a heart-breaking two-run loss in their last game, but they sure didn't let that happen against Brockton on Tuesday. West Bridgewater blew past Brockton 16-2. For the Wildcats, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 win the Boxers walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2019.
Regan Bryant made a splash no matter where she played. She tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Bryant was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3.
In other batting news, Alanna Fidalgo was a standout: she went a perfect 2-for-2 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple. Jillian Foley was another key player, scoring a run and stealing three bases while going 3-for-3.
The victory got West Bridgewater back to even at 1-1.
