Soccer Recap: Norwalk's Undefeated Season over After Four Games

Norwalk was the 1-0 winner over Dallas Center-Grimes when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Warriors took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mustangs on Tuesday. The loss put an end to Norwalk's undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Norwalk fell to 2-1-1. As for Dallas Center-Grimes, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2-2.

When Norwalk and Dallas Center-Grimes next hit the pitch, they'll be up against teams who recently just can't seem to lose. The Warriors will face off against North Polk and their four-game winning streak at 6:15 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few goals on average (Norwalk 0.5, North Polk 0) so any goals scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Dallas Center-Grimes will try to stop Pella Christian's four-game winning streak when they meet at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
