Softball Recap: Brazosport Falls Short of Rockport-Fulton in the Playoffs

Brazosport and Rockport-Fulton squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Brazosport had to settle for second. They lost 14-4 to the Pirates. The Exporters haven't had much luck with the Pirates recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Brazosport now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Rockport-Fulton, the victory was the eighth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 25-5.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Brazosport beat the Pirates by a score of 12-9 on Friday.
