Flag Football Recap: Antioch Finds Playoff Glory Versus Crystal Lake Central

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Antioch walked away with it. They came out on top against the Crystal Lake Central Tigers by a score of 20-7 on Tuesday. The victory was familiar territory for the Sequoits, who have now won four games in a row.

Antioch's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Tanner Ludwig led the charge by throwing for 279 yards and three TDs while completing 82.6% of her passes. What's more, Ludwig racked up 161.1 passer rating, the most she's had over her last eight matchups. Rylee Dunlavy was in the mix as well, providing Antioch with two scores.

Antioch's win bumped their record up to 16-5. As for Crystal Lake Central, they moved to 10-5 with that defeat, which also ended their six-game winning streak.

Antioch wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 27-6 victory against Huntley on the 7th. Crystal Lake Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
