Softball Game Preview: North Branch Broncos vs. Richmond Blue Devils

North Branch is 0-8 against Richmond since June of 2017 but things could change on Tuesday. The Broncos will be playing at home against the Blue Devils at 4:00 p.m.

On Saturday, North Branch came up short against Goodrich and fell 7-3.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Richmond). They were the clear victors by a 16-2 margin over Traverse City West on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Blue Devils sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Richmond's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-4. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.5 runs on average over those games. As for North Branch, they now have a losing record of 1-2-1.
