After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Cleveland, Cibola was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Piedra Vista Panthers. The win continues a trend for the Cougars in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won five in a row.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Cibola was: they took every set by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-8, 25-13.

Cibola's victory bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Piedra Vista, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-8 record this season.
