Baseball Recap: Crestwood Makes It Four in a Row on the Road

Crestwood hadn't done well against Kirtland recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Red Devils were the clear victors by a 7-1 margin over the Hornets. This was a revenge game for the Red Devils: when they faced off against the Hornets on Monday, they had to take a 3-0 loss.

Crestwood pushed their record up to 7-5 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.3 runs over those games. As for Kirtland, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 11-1.
