Triad Baptist Christian Academy entered their contest against Union Grove Christian on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Titans fell 3-1 to the Patriots. The Titans were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Patriots earlier this season, when they won 3-0.

Triad Baptist Christian Academy actually scored more points across those four sets (90-85), but sadly they still had to settle for second. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 25-21, 10-25, 25-21.

Triad Baptist Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 20-2. As for Union Grove Christian, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-5.

Triad Baptist Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Union Grove Christian, they will square off against Greensboro at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
