Softball Recap: Redbank Valley Bulldogs vs. Keystone Panthers
Redbank Valley lost to Keystone back in May of 2023, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Wednesday. The Redbank Valley Bulldogs were the clear victor by a 13-5 margin over the Keystone Panthers.
The team relied heavily on Braylee Yeany, who went 4-for-5 with a home run, five RBI, and two runs. The team also got some help courtesy of Bella Orr, who scored three runs while going 3-for-4.
Redbank Valley made their fans wait, but they earned their first win of the season to make their record 1-2.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Redbank Valley will face off against Otto-Eldred at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Keystone, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Karns City at 6:00 p.m. on April 25th.
