Baseball Recap: Winnetonka Takes a Loss

Winnetonka was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 11-0 to the Kearney Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-0 last Monday.

Winnetonka's defeat dropped their record down to 10-18. As for Kearney, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a massive bump to their 18-11 record this season.

Winnetonka will face off against East at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. Kearney will be paying especially close attention to the Griffins' match: after the Griffins face off against East, they'll take on Kearney again at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
