Baseball Recap: Mohawk Comes Up Short

Mohawk was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 8-3 to the Colonel Crawford Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 4-1 on Saturday.

Mohawk's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Colonel Crawford, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 5-3.

Looking ahead, Mohawk will square off against McComb at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Colonel Crawford, they will face off against Seneca East at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
