Football Recap: Jordan Ramsey's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Biloxi over St. Martin + How To Watch

Biloxi was the 35-14 winner over St. Martin when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Indians took a 28-24 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Yellow Jackets on Friday. Indians fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Yellow Jackets since Friday.

Biloxi's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jordan Ramsey, who rushed for 78 yards and one touchdown, and also threw for 149 yards and one TD. 83 of those passing yards were hauled in by Davie Griffin, who also brought in a receiving touchdown.

Seth Crockett had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 86 yards and three scores, while also throwing for 129 yards and one TD while completing 80% of his passes for St. Martin. Kevin Marshall was Crockett's top target, picking up 52 receiving yards and one touchdown, while also rushing for 33 yards.

Biloxi is on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5. As for St. Martin, their victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-1.

Biloxi will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Harrison Central at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th. As for St. Martin, they will venture away from home to face off against Gulfport at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
