Volleyball Recap: Immaculate Conception Comes Up Short

Immaculate Conception was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the West Orange Mountaineers.

Immaculate Conception's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for West Orange, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-3.

After both having extra time off, Immaculate Conception and Tech will shake off the rust and duke it out at 4:00 p.m. on May 1. The Panthers will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something the Lions surely won't give up without a fight. As for West Orange, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Tournament Opponent on the 22nd.
