Paradise Valley is 0-3 against Sunrise Mountain since April of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Paradise Valley Trojans will look to defend their home field against the Sunrise Mountain Mustangs at 4:00 p.m. Sunrise Mountain took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Paradise Valley, who comes in off a win.
It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Paradise Valley ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Ironwood and snuck past 13-12. The win was just what Paradise Valley needed coming off of a 14-0 defeat in their prior match.
