Football Recap: West Monona Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for West Monona's offense. They took a blow against the Woodbury Central Wildcats on Friday, falling 42-0. The loss continues a trend for the Spartans in their meetings with the Wildcats: they've now lost eight in a row.

West Monona's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Woodbury Central, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.
