Football Recap: Coon Rapids-Bayard Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Coon Rapids-Bayard can now relate to. They took a 78-68 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Clarksville Indians on Friday. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (60), the Crusaders still had to take the loss.

Coon Rapids-Bayard's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Clarksville, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-2.

Coon Rapids-Bayard does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Clarksville, they are taking a road trip to challenge Don Bosco on Friday. The Indians will need to watch out since the Dons have now posted at least 31 points in their last four games.
