Volleyball Recap: Stevenson Takes a Loss

Stevenson was the 2-1 winner over Warren Township when they last played one another back in April, but their luck changed this time around. The Patriots took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Blue Devils on Wednesday. The Patriots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

While Stevenson was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-23.

Warren Township found their leader in sophomore Elliot Little, who had 17 digs and six assists. Those 17 digs set a new season-high mark for Little.

Stevenson's loss dropped their record down to 18-8. As for Warren Township, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-8 record this season.

Stevenson will be taking part in a tournament against York at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Warren Township, they will take on Glenbard East in a tournament on Friday.
