After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Braxton County, Webster County was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Montcalm Generals a 10-0 shutout. The Highlanders not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since April 18th (when they won 16-5).

Maddox Brown and Joston Lewis made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, Brown struck out six batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits (and not a single walk).
