Volleyball Recap: Lebanon Warriors vs. Anderson Raptors

After flying high against West Clermont on Monday, Lebanon came back down to earth. The Warriors fell just short of the Anderson Raptors by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Raptors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 on April 14th.

Lebanon actually scored more points across those five sets (110-101), but sadly they still had to settle for second. The match finished with set scores of 29-27, 25-23, 14-25, 18-25, 15-10.

Regan Bonny paced Lebanon's offense, picking up 17 kills. Bonny got some help from Anthony McCoy and his 30 assists. Ian Parlett controlled things from the service line, finishing with nine aces.

The defeat snapped Lebanon's winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 11-8 record. As for Anderson, their victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-8.
