Football Recap: Torres Toros vs. Diego Rivera Huskies
Torres was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat dating back to last season. They had to suffer through a 44-3 loss at the hands of the Diego Rivera Huskies.
A big part of Diego Rivera's victory came down to the chemistry between Divone Lee and his top target Ephaunie Lewis. Lee threw for 113 yards and a touchdown while Lewis picked up 88 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Torres' loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Diego Rivera, the win snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 2-4 record.
