Basketball Game Preview: Reedsville Panthers vs. Howards Grove Tigers

Reedsville and Howards Grove are an even 5-5 against one another since February of 2020, but not for long. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Reedsville Panthers challenge the Howards Grove Tigers at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Tuesday, Reedsville came up short against Oostburg and fell 66-58. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Flying Dutchmen recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Meanwhile, after a string of 11 wins, Howards Grove's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell 58-50 to Sheboygan Area Lutheran. The contest marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Howards Grove's defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 12-3. As for Reedsville, their loss dropped their record down to 10-6.
