Baseball Recap: Preston Plays to a Tie

The Preston Knights and the Keyser Golden Tornado finished up their contest with a 3-3 tie on Saturday.

Preston's tie gives them a new season record of 8-8-1. Meanwhile, Keyser's record is now 5-16-1.

Coming up, Preston will face off against University at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. The Hawks will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Knights surely won't give up without a fight. As for Keyser, they will square off against Philip Barbour at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Colts' pitching crew has only allowed 3.8 runs per game this season, so the Golden Tornado's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
