Manassas had to start their season on the road on Friday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They lost to the Hillcrest Vikings on the road by a 30-12 margin. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it ten in a row.

Manassas didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, an 18-14 victory against Trezevant on the 28th. As for Hillcrest, they have also already played their next game, a 54-0 win against Douglass on the 28th.
