Brandeis has gone a perfect 8-0 against LEE recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Brandeis Broncos will venture away from home to challenge the LEE Volunteers at 7:15 p.m. Brandeis' pitching crew has only allowed 3.4 runs per game this season, so LEE's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Brandeis will bounce into Tuesday's game after beating Johnson, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. Brandeis came out on top against Johnson by a score of 9-6 on Thursday.

Tj Byrd looked comfortable as he pitched 2.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. What's more, he gave up only one walk, the fewest he's had since back in April of 2024.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Ty Jeter, who scored a run while going 1-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Sean Ramos, who scored a run while going 1-for-3.

Meanwhile, LEE fought the good fight in their extra-innings contest against Clark on Thursday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Cougars by a score of 8-6. The Volunteers just can't catch a break and have now endured seven defeats in a row.

LEE saw eight different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Caleb Gallegos, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with one RBI. Andy Reyes was another, scoring three runs and stealing a base.

LEE's loss dropped their record down to 2-8-1. As for Brandeis, their record now sits at 9-4-1.

Everything went Brandeis' way against LEE when the teams last played back in April of 2024, as Brandeis made off with an 11-0 win. Does Brandeis have another victory up their sleeve, or will LEE turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
