Basketball Game Preview: San Diego Academy Cavaliers vs. Health Sciences Serpents

San Diego Academy found their leader in sophomore Rudy Nieto, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten rebounds. The dominant performance gave Nieto a new career-high in boards. Another player making a difference was Jason Love, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 14 rebounds.

Meanwhile, Health Sciences can bid farewell to their five-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They breezed by Bostonia Global to the tune of 53-13.

Health Sciences' victory ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-5. As for San Diego Academy, they pushed their record up to 10-4 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home.
