Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Wolfe City). Everything went their way against the North Hopkins Panthers on Friday as Wolfe City made off with a 14-2 victory. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Wolves considering their one-run performance the game before.

The win snapped Wolfe City's losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 6-7 record. As for North Hopkins, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-3.

Looking ahead, Wolfe City will challenge Bland at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for North Hopkins, they will take on Cooper at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Cooper will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something North Hopkins surely won't give up without a fight.
