Baseball Recap: Legacy Lightning vs. Ketchikan Kings

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Legacy). They never let the Ketchikan Kings get on the board and left with a 27-0 win on Saturday. The team's explosion at the plate also rewarded the Lightning with their most commanding win of the season.

Ethan Sanchez made a big impact no matter where he played. He pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. What's more, he posted five strikeouts, the most he's had since back in May of 2024. He was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring two runs while going 1-for-3.
