Volleyball Recap: Redlands Wins Going Away Against Marlborough

Redlands picked up another tournament win on Saturday. They blew past the Marlborough Mustangs 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Terriers.

Among those leading the charge was Sofia Farrokhi, who had six digs and two aces. Those six digs gave her a new career-high.

Farrokhi wasn't the only good server: Redlands was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least six aces in eight consecutive matchups dating back to last season.

Redlands' win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Looking ahead, Redlands will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Paloma Valley at 5:30 p.m. As for Marlborough, they have already played their next contest, a 3-1 victory against Santa Fe on the 9th.
